Enrolling in IISEC is an opportunity! I want to use this chance as a stepping stone to becoming a security expert in my company.

I've found it difficult to manage information in the workplace and I want to find a solution at IISEC

I have moved around a few times within the company, and now I am no longer in charge of technology, but in the department of internal security management. When I was considering implementing information management rules in the workplace, people in my company recommended this graduate school to me. I found myself wondering "how I could acquire the high level of information security expertise that my company needs", so I made an immediate decision to enrol.

Systematic knowledge and real experiences that cannot be experienced by studying books or qualifications

Before I came to IISEC, I thought that information security was about solving work-related problems such as information leaks, but now I see it as something much broader and more important. I realised that I lacked the perspective of society as a whole, outside the company, such as law, ethics, intellectual property and information society. This kind of awareness through systematic knowledge and interaction with mature students from different industry, is an experience that you can't get from studying books or qualifications.

I want to become an information security leader in my company through the ISS square programme

I took the ISS square course because I was attracted by the "Advanced Information Security Practitioner Leader" role that this course is designed to nurture. In parallel with my postgraduate studies, I intend to study management systems in this study group, to become an information security expert in my company.
